Senior Mechanical Estimator
to lead estimating efforts on complex mechanical construction projects. This role plays a critical part in delivering accurate, competitive bids across HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems. ????
Compensation & Benefits: $90,000 $100,000 base salary Comprehensive health, dental & vision insurance Paid holidays + PTO 401(k) retirement plan ????
What youll do: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for mechanical systems Review drawings, specs, and design documents Identify risks and provide
value engineering
recommendations Mentor junior estimators and review their work Collaborate with engineering and project teams during bid development ????
What we need: 35+ years of
mechanical estimating experience Strong knowledge of
HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems Experience with estimating software + Microsoft Office Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred) ????
