Clinical Site Relationship Manager (CSRM) / Senior CSRM – Germany (or Europe-based)
We are supporting a leading global organisation with a large Phase III clinical programme in Multiple Sclerosis and are seeking experienced Clinical Site Relationship Managers (CSRM/Sr. CSRM) to join the team.
Travel: Up to 50%
The Role You will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clinical trial sites across Europe (approximately 25 countries) and supporting delivery of a global, multicentre Phase III study with around 300 sites.
This role sits within a dedicated Site Relationship Management team and works closely with Clinical Project Management and CRO partners.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with investigators, site staff, and CRO partners
Act as the primary sponsor-facing contact for assigned sites
Conduct site visits and monitoring oversight visits
Support site performance, recruitment, and retention strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations and Regulatory
Support vendor oversight (patient recruitment, home healthcare, etc.)
Review site documentation and support IRB/EC-related processes
Requirements
5+ years (CSRM) or 7+ years (Senior) experience in clinical research or site management
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and global clinical trial operations
Experience working with CROs and managing site relationships
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Fluent English plus at least one additional European language (German or French preferred)
Additional Information
Sites located across Europe, with key regions including Germany, France, Spain, and Poland
Preference for candidates based in Germany or France
