Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute the NexGen Banking Summit – 4th Edition.
Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans.
Coordinate with speakers, sponsors, delegates, and vendors for smooth operations.
Manage and complete 1:1 meetings with sponsors to maximize engagement and value.
Handle venue selection, contract negotiations, and on‑site management.
Oversee event registrations, delegate experience, and post‑event follow‑ups.
Collaborate with the marketing team on event promotions and branding.
Ensure all activities comply with company standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event management or conference production.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
