Frank's Supply Company is a supplier of industrial/construction tools and equipment. We are currently seeking a qualified INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our Amarillo, TX location.
OBJECTIVE To ensure excellent customer service to new and existing customers, as well as contractors, by providing the proper tools, equipment and information to achieve their goals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell and service commercial customers by providing pricing and product application information.
Learn purchasing systems to ensure orders are in compliance with contract requirements.
Take telephone orders, provide delivery information, handle special orders, will calls, non-stock items, and returned merchandise.
Prepare quotes and input all orders in a timely fashion, and follow up with customers as needed.
Stay current on product knowledge, communicate product information and specials to customers regularly.
Attend sales meetings, company sponsored training programs.
Adhere to all company and equipment related safety requirements.
QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL HAVE
Experience in the sale of construction tools and equipment a plus
Proficient use of job support tools including computer, telephone, e-mail, voice-mail, etc.
Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
Good reading and comprehension skills
Must be able to consistently lift items weighing 50 lbs.
Must be able to pass background check
Must be punctual
