Frank's Supply Company is a supplier of industrial/construction tools and equipment. We are currently seeking a qualified INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our Amarillo, TX location.
OBJECTIVE:
To ensure excellent customer service to new and existing customers, as well as contractors, by providing the proper tools, equipment and information to achieve their goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sell and service commercial customers by providing pricing and product application information.
- Learn purchasing systems to ensure orders are in compliance with contract requirements.
- Take telephone orders, provide delivery information, handle special orders, will calls, non-stock items, and returned merchandise.
- Prepare quotes and input all orders in a timely fashion, and follow up with customers as needed.
- Stay current on product knowledge, communicate product information and specials to customers regularly.
- Attend sales meetings, company sponsored training programs.
- Adhere to all company and equipment related safety requirements.
- Experience in the sale of construction tools and equipment a plus
- Proficient use of job support tools including computer, telephone, e-mail, voice-mail, etc.
- Excellent customer service, communication and problem solving skills
- Good reading and comprehension skills
- Must be able to consistently lift items weighing 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass background check
- Must be punctual
