Role Description This full-time, on-site position in West Palm Beach, FL, is for a Catering Sales Manager. The role involves managing catering sales, planning and coordinating events, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, facilitating event details, collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to deliver exceptional services, and identifying opportunities to grow catering operations. The Catering Sales Manager will collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless experiences from initial inquiry to event execution.
Qualifications Proven expertise in Catering Sales, with a strong ability to drive sales and manage event bookings effectively Strong skills in Event Planning and the ability to coordinate detailed, high-quality events Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills, ensuring positive client engagement and experiences Experience in Food & Beverage, with a knowledge of catering operations and menu planning Ability to communicate effectively, manage multiple projects, and problem-solve under pressure Proficiency in using event management software and other related systems is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred Prior experience in a private club or luxury hospitality setting is advantageous
