Client Service Executive - Commercial Lines

The Client Service Executive Commercial Lines independently manages the relationship between Midwest Heritage external clients and the internal departments and business partners of the organization. The position maintains existing business, expands relationships with current clients and assists in bringing new clients into the organization. This role directly contributes to key business outcomes such as revenue growth, client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing Midwest Heritage's value proposition to our clients and prospects, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Client Service Executive will be responsible for a book of house accounts with the expectation that the CSE assist in the growth of that book. Core Competencies

Accountable and Reports to: AVP, Client Services Positions that Report to you: None Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as a commercial product knowledge expert for the agency. Trains and develops other commercial account managers. Make recommendations and seek solutions to make internal processes more efficient. Utilize product solutions and marketing teams to refine Midwest Heritage service offerings. Responsible for partnering with Account Executives to perform needs analysis of prospective and existing clients to identify new client solutions and agency revenue opportunities, develop and delivers presentations to prospective clients and is responsible for selling Midwest Heritage internal capabilities to prospective clients. Maintains positive working relationships and clear communication with co-workers, clients, insurance carriers and business partners. Ensures smooth implementation for new clients and manages all areas of client relationship including. Provides customer account assistance to the Commercial Account Executive. Handle customer requests for policy changes, certificates, billing inquiries and claim submissions. Prepares Summaries of Insurance on renewal accounts, and markets renewal accounts as needed due to customer or Account Executive request. Provides coverage interpretation analysis for accounts. Assists in cross-selling and account rounding. Proactively works with customers to refer opportunities to MH Banking and Investments. Effectively manages workload including follow up activity in EPIC and completing proficient documentation on all client contacts. Attends scheduled agency and carrier meetings. Maintains current agent license, certifications, and CE requirements for each renewal period. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Worker Characteristics:
Commitment to the Midwest Heritage mission and willingness to promote the values of the organization. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficient computer skills. Microsoft Office preferred (Outlook, Power Point, Excel and Word.) Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to relate to and interact with people in a friendly, professional manner. Strong detail orientation including the ability to review forms for accuracy and completeness. Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred. Five years of experience managing client relationships. One year of college can substitute one year of experience, up to two years. Previous experience in building and managing client relationships. Demonstrated track record of generating new revenue in the client management process. Ten years of previous Property & Casualty insurance experience required. Licensed Agent, P&C lines of authority. Valid driver's license. Physical Requirements:
This position is classified sedentary/light and requires the ability to sit for long periods of time. Visual requirements include the ability to see detail at near range with or without correction. Must be able to perform the following physical activities: sitting for long periods, talking (in person and by telephone), hearing and repetitive motions. Working Conditions:
The duties of this position are normally performed in a general office setting. This is a fast-paced work environment. There is frequent pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects in a day. Equipment Used to Perform Job:
