We are seeking a detail-oriented Ecommerce Specialist to support and optimize our daily digital commerce operations. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless order flow, accurate inventory synchronization, and a high-performing online storefront across platforms including Shopify, Deposco, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable troubleshooting operational issues while supporting broader digital growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily ecommerce operations across Shopify and Deposco, ensuring accurate order flow, fulfillment, and inventory synchronization. Monitor and resolve inventory and order mismatches between systems. Conduct fraud analysis and order reviews for transactions flagged for risk. Maintain Shopify site operations, including product page updates, tagging, bundles, and B2B product configuration. Manage TikTok Shop backend operations, including product listings and order management. Support digital operations and ecommerce initiatives, with the opportunity to assist in paid digital marketing efforts. Qualifications
Experience with Shopify and ecommerce platforms. Familiarity with order management systems (such as Deposco) preferred. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Interest in digital marketing and ecommerce growth is a plus.
