Entry Level Welder- Weekly Pay
Location: Vermillion, SD Pay: $18-$24/hour Hours: Multiple Shifts Available We are seeking a motivated candidate to join our team! The role involves a variety of welding tasks, from light tacking to heavy flat, up weld, and overhead. The welder will ensure all welds meet the product specifications and quality standards. The successful candidate will work with blueprints to measure and position metal components for welding operations and operate a wide range of power tools. We offer a 6-8 week training program for entry level welders! Responsibilities: Perform welding tasks ranging from light tacking to heavy flat, up weld, and overhead. Verify that all welds meet product specifications and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints to accurately measure and position metal components. Operate various power tools, including saws, grinders, drills, welders, overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts. Comply with company safety policies and maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment. Essential Skills: Experience in welding, including Mig, Tig, and Flux core techniques a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus.
