SUMMARY:
The role focuses on managing and refining our CRM systems for enhanced client engagement, seamless revenue attribution, and integration with various platforms. Key responsibilities include developing automation sequences, ensuring workflow efficiency, andmaintainingprecise reporting for revenue metrics. Success in this position relies on collaborative cross-functional efforts and the ability to adapt to evolving best practices inRevOpsand marketing automation.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Own the end-to-endmarketing technology stack, ensuringaccuratesetup, maintenance, and optimization ofsystems andworkflows.
Build, test, andmaintainautomationworkflows andsequences that drive client engagementthroughout the life cycle.Route, score, andnurture leads.Driveretentionand new logos.
Implement andmonitorrevenue attribution models across marketing, sales, and service systems.
Audit pipelines and automation performance toidentifygaps, errors, and optimization opportunities.
Create dashboards and reporting structuresmonitoringprogramperformance, funnel velocity, automation/conversionefficiency, and attribution/program ROI.Drive ROAS goals.
Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure revenue metrics are tracked, reported, andaccurate.
Integratecoremarketing(HubSpot)and sales(Salesforce)systemswithadjunct systemsto create unified data flows.
Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures to ensure scalability and repeatability.
Support cross-functional projects requiring datahygiene andsynchronization, attribution, and workflow automation.
Stay current with best practices inRevOps, CRM, and marketingtechnologiesto recommend continuous improvements.
Manage and coach direct reports to achieve performance goals.

BA/BS Degreerequired
Required Knowledge
5+ years of experience in marketing operations.
ExpertiseinHubSpotEnterprise and Salesforce.
Expertiseinmanaging the technology and analytic structureforinbound/outbound and account-baseddemand-generationprogramsinamatrixed,multi-segmentedB2Benvironment.
Expertise indata enrichmentand intent platforms.Experience usingDemandbasea plus.
Strong understanding ofdata structures,search engine strategies, algorithms,andSEOtools(SEM Rushor equivalent).
Strong understandingof pay-per-click,retargeting,and other digital advertising strategies.
Strong understanding of GoogleAnalyticsor similar websitereporting/analytics software.
Understanding of analytics tools, preferably Power BI.
Required Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects spanning cross-functionalteams, andset clear expectationsto stakeholders on completion timelines.

Management of third-partyvendorsand budgets.

Work is done remotely in a secure in-home office setting. Work is subject to travel for training and/or conferences on rare occasions.
