Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Baltimore, MD office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in transactional commercial real estate including, acquisition and disposition, leasing, and financing transactions.
- Excellent academic credentials, oral and writing skills and references.
- Candidate must be licensed to practice law in Maryland.
Compensation:
- $210,000 - $240,000 a year is the estimated salary range for this role in Baltimore.
