Julia Valler Event Staffing is a premium model staffing agency specializing in high-end private and corporate events across major US cities including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and San Diego.
As the company continues expanding into new markets, we are looking for a proactive and strategic
Active Sales Manager (Outbound)
to help drive client acquisition and build a strong outbound pipeline. Key Responsibilities
Build and execute outbound lead generation strategies targeting corporate and event clients across US markets Conduct structured market research to identify new verticals, high-potential accounts, and partnership opportunities Actively source and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google, and other professional databases Plan and run multi-channel outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, cold calling) using tools such as Outreach Analyze outreach performance, conversion rates, and pipeline quality to continuously improve acquisition strategy Maintain accurate and well-structured pipeline data in CRM Collaborate with leadership to define market entry priorities and sales focus areas Contribute ideas and recommendations on positioning, messaging, and sales process optimization Experience Requirements
1–3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales / lead generation / SDR or Sales Executive role Experience working with structured outbound tools (Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach or similar) Experience working with US or international markets is strongly preferred Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Experience in staffing / events / hospitality / services industry is a plus Core Skills
Strong analytical mindset and ability to think strategically about pipeline growth Ability to prioritize accounts and focus on high-impact opportunities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must have) High ownership and persistence in outbound activity Ability to manage multiple outreach streams simultaneously Attention to detail and structured approach to CRM management Technical Requirements
Reliable laptop or desktop setup Stable high-speed internet connection Ability to work across multiple tools and tabs simultaneously Personality Profile
