Overview
A global financial institution is expanding its structured finance and private credit platform and is seeking a Vice President to join its Corporate Securitization team . This role focuses on the structuring, underwriting, and syndication of securitized transactions tied to private credit assets, including CLOs, asset-backed financings, and asset-based lending structures . The position offers strong deal exposure and the opportunity to work closely with private credit managers, institutional investors, and internal trading and structuring teams across both U.S. and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the structuring, underwriting, and syndication of securitized transactions across private credit portfolios, including CLO, ABS, and ABL-related financings.
- Perform detailed financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment to evaluate new transaction opportunities.
- Partner with internal deal teams to execute complex structured finance transactions , coordinating across trading, legal, finance, and risk functions.
- Assist in origination efforts and relationship development with private credit managers, institutional investors, and asset managers.
- Evaluate underlying collateral pools and portfolio performance to assess structural protections and transaction risk profiles.
- Contribute to transaction documentation, investor materials, and internal approval memoranda for new deals.
- Support the development of new business opportunities and structured financing solutions for private credit platforms.
- Monitor market conditions, investor demand, and relative value dynamics within structured credit and securitization markets .
- Participate in both U.S. and international transactions , collaborating with teams and clients across multiple regions.
