SoC Design Director — End-to-End Tapeout Leader

A confidential startup company in Austin, Texas is seeking a highly experienced SoC Development Leader to own SoC execution from RTL to GDSII. You will provide hands-on technical leadership and manage a high-performing team focused on memory subsystem integration including HBM and DDR. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience in SoC/ASIC development with multiple successful tape-outs, particularly in fast-paced startup environments.
