Comp: $170,000 - $200,000 base ($242,000 - $285,000 OTE)

Hybrid (3 days per week in NYC)

I am currently partnering with the leadership team of a high-growth, Series B developer-tooling startup to find a heavy-hitting Senior Solutions Engineer .

My client was founded by AI visionaries from Salesforce and LinkedIn. They have built the \"Data Cloud\" for engineering organizations, unifying the entire SDLC into a single pane of glass for companies like Discord, Autodesk, and Box. If you are a technical expert who loves the intersection of Big Data, DevOps, and GenAI , this is the most strategic role on their go-to-market team.

The Profile I’m Looking For:

I am looking for a sophisticated technical consultant who can hold their own with a VP of Engineering or a CTO.

  • The \"Pre-Sales\" Expert: 7+ years industry experience, 3+ years spent in the trenches of a fast-paced startup.
  • High Slope: You can point to at least one tenure of 3+ years at a single company where you earned promotions or took on significantly more scope.
  • The Domain Expert: You understand the SDLC inside and out. You are deeply familiar with GitHub, Jira, Datadog, and CI/CD toolchains. Experience specifically within Developer Tooling or Engineering-SaaS .
  • The AI Edge: You have a pulse on the AI coding assistant (e.g., Copilot) and AI agent landscape and understand how these tools are fundamentally changing developer productivity.
