
Senior Escrow Officer

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Texas Escrow Officer who values accuracy, consistency, and a well-run process. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their files, communicates proactively, and works to resolve issues early to ensure smooth, on‑time closings.
Our team operates in a structured, compliance‑first environment with clear expectations and strong operational support. Escrow officers are trusted to manage their transactions while having the resources needed to navigate challenges effectively.
An established book of business is a plus, but not required. We support professionals who are focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships over time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prepare, review, and finalize Closing Disclosures (CDs) with a high degree of accuracy and compliance
Review title commitments, surveys, and supporting documents; identify and resolve issues early in the process
Clear Schedule C requirements and coordinate with all parties to ensure timely resolution
Obtain lender approvals and funding authorizations prior to closing
Order and review title updates; determine file readiness and proactively address outstanding items
Coordinate and conduct real estate closings, including execution of documents and disbursement of funds
Maintain consistent, professional communication with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
Ensure full compliance with Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) regulations and company policies throughout the transaction lifecycle
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred
Active Texas Escrow Officer License required
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing residential escrow transactions independently
Advanced knowledge of:
Closing Disclosures (CDs) and settlement statements
Escrow processes and title curative
Texas title insurance procedures and TDI regulations
Proven ability to manage multiple files in a deadline‑driven environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to take ownership of files and proactively resolve issues without constant direction
Established book of business or industry relationships is a plus but not required. We value professionals who can build and maintain strong client relationships over time.
Experience with SoftPro Select preferred, but not required
