Amazon Brand Stores are exclusive for brand owners to present their content and product catalog using their own creativity. They are created and managed through the Brand Store Builder within the Advertising Console and can be promoted with advertising campaigns. They are seamlessly integrated with Amazon Stores and attract millions of visits a day. The Amazon Brand Stores team at Amazon Ads is re‑imagining how shoppers and brands discover and interact with each other through state‑of‑the‑art generative AI technologies across Amazon.com and beyond. We are re‑inventing the brand‑centric storefronts, bridging human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of brand shopping experiences, from store creation and optimization to performance analysis and customer insights.
Key responsibilities:
Charter and execute a course for delivering customized, differentiated shopping experiences in Brand Stores for different customer cohorts.
Develop a strong collaboration with Amazon Stores partners and Ads partners for prioritization and execution of new product features, CX experiences, and monetization strategies.
Obsess over customers and work backward to define tenets, customer experiences, long‑term goals, focus areas, and key success metrics.
Develop and present working‑backwards documents and product plans.
Influence senior leaders across Amazon by proactively communicating vision, reporting plans and progress, and aligning with Amazon's core leadership principles.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of end‑to‑end product delivery experience
8+ years of technical product or program management experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or above in computer science or other related discipline
Experience working with fast‑moving, high‑performance teams and driving innovative solutions tailored to unique business environments
Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data‑driven decisions
Experience working on recommender systems or personalization within search, e‑commerce, shopping, advertising or other related fields
Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams
Experience communicating and working with a wide range of groups, including Technology, Product Management, Accounting, CS, and Senior Management
Proven track record of complex and creative problem‑solving, and the desire to create and build new businesses
Passion for building technology that delivers outstanding customer experiences

Base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
