
Sales Account Representative

Overview
Founded in 2016, Absolute Title Agency (ATA) is a leader in the real estate title industry, known for delivering exceptional service and fostering long‑term client relationships. We are currently seeking an experienced and results‑oriented Sales Account Representative to join our team to play a critical role in supporting existing and new clients and the growth of ATA.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing residential and commercial real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals.
Embodies the company’s commitment to quality, trust, and exceptional service.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication between clients and the internal team.
Work closely with internal staff and all parties to ensure transactions are accurate and properly supported and educate clients about the value of available title insurance options.
Proactively address client concerns and questions and offer solutions to minimize delays to provide a seamless and stress‑free experience for each client.
Business Development (15%): Identify and establish meetings with appropriate new prospects through cold calls, networking, referrals, regional market analysis, and industry events (trade shows, conferences, Continuing Education, and community events).
Maintain knowledge of overall and regional real‑estate trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies.
Convert prospects into long‑term clients to meet annual sales objectives.
Act as a Liaison: Ensure clear communication between clients, Operations, and ATA Management.
Actively relay client feedback and contribute insights, ideas, and recommendations to optimize internal workflows and processes (SOP’s) to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
Utilize weekly and monthly sales reports to share progress and insights with management and staff.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Five (5) years’ experience in real estate, financial lending, or related industry.
Preferred: Two (2) years of land title insurance experience.
Schedule and maintain regular in‑person meetings with prospects, clients, and attend industry events and closings within our region. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
Ohio Notary Commission.
Kentucky Notary Commission.
Required: High School Diploma or GED.
Skills
Proven experience in sales and account management (preferably in real estate or related industry).
Strong knowledge of the real estate closing process and title insurance (preferred but not required).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and establish trust.
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and driven to meet or exceed targeted business goals.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in CRM, Title insurance software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem Solving: Address client concerns and questions, promptly offering solutions aligned with business objectives.

Compensation Base salary, Performance Bonus, and 1099: Based on experience
