The Role We are seeking a B2B Sales & Field Specialist who is a proactive self-starter and a natural relationship builder. Based out of our Boulder, CO headquarters, you will be the face of Intrepid across our dealer network.

This role is for the Road Warrior. You should be comfortable spending up to 30% of your time on the road, often working non-traditional hours (weekends and sometimes evenings) to support activities and events. You won’t just be selling gear; you’ll be building the community that uses it.

Your Impact

B2B Growth & Strategy:

Spearhead the expansion of our dealer network. You will identify, close, and maintain B2B accounts while providing high-level field training to ensure dealer success.

Major Accounts Caretaker:

Serve as the primary support for our national accounts, managing activations, educational initiatives, and product fulfillment.

Tradeshow Command:

Own the Intrepid event presence. You will book, plan, and strategize our national tradeshow calendar to maximize brand ROI.

Community Activation:

Bridge the gap between the brand and the fan. You’ll lead local and national events, get togethers, and 'rig-walks' to foster a die-hard community of Intrepid users.

Qualifications

Experience:

1–2 years in sales or a foundational relationship-management role.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Mobility:

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and CRM tools.

The 'Intrepid' Spirit:

A passion for overlanding, vehicle fitment, and the outdoor industry.

Competitive Salary:

$50,000 + Performance Incentives.
