Qualifications Proficient in AutoCAD Land Development a plus
Responsibilities
Able to navigate Various County Clerk Websites for documents to research Easements, Restrictions, Building lines, etc... and apply them to AutoCAD Drawing Files.
Must be able draw S/D Lots, Lines, Curves, etc... and apply logic to solve boundaries for Surveys.
Able to Navigate FEMA Flood site to determine Flood Zones.
Draw and Dimension Houses, Buildings, fences, etc...
Must be Highly motivated
