Overview We are seeking an Assistant Designer to support the design and development of soft woven apparel. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in fashion, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the development of seasonal soft woven collections from concept to final product.
Support the creation and organization of design boards, sketches, and technical packages.
Help research trends, fabrics, colors, and washes relevant to the category.
Coordinate samples, track development timelines, and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed to support the design process.
Participate in fittings and provide feedback to help refine product details.
Qualifications
Previous internship or assistant-level experience in fashion or apparel design preferred.
Strong interest in soft wovens and contemporary fashion.
Proficiency with design tools (such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
