Location: Remote (Offices located on the East Coast)

Employment Type: 1099 Contractor (No benefits)

Compensation: $48,000-$60,000 per year + performance-based incentives

The Role We're looking for a driven, organized individual to join our team as an Agent Growth Coordinator.

In this role, you'll play a key part in our growth by connecting with real estate agents, introducing them to our model, and guiding them through the early stages of our recruiting process.

This is a high-activity, process-driven role where you'll follow a structured system for outreach, qualification, and follow-up. You do not need prior recruiting experience—we will train you on our approach, messaging, and systems.

We're looking for someone we can train and develop long-term—not someone bringing a pre-built recruiting style or process.

What You'll Do

Make high-volume outbound calls while building strong first impressions and relationships with agents

Introduce Crown Homes and communicate our value clearly and confidently

Ask structured questions to qualify interest and fit

Schedule next steps (calls, meetings, interviews) with leadership

Maintain accurate notes and activity tracking in our CRM

Follow a structured outreach and follow-up process

Stay consistent with daily activity and performance targets

Who This Role Is Perfect For

Recent graduates or early in their career

Comfortable on the phone and willing to make high-volume calls

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Coachable and open to feedback

Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Interested in sales, recruiting, or business growth

No prior sales experience required (though helpful)

Compensation & Work Requirements

Total compensation range: $48,000-$60,000 annually, with the opportunity to exceed this range based on performance

Employment type: 1099 independent contractor

Benefits: No benefits are offered for this position

Equipment: Personal computer and reliable high-speed internet required

Work schedule: Operates on Eastern Time; preference for candidates located in the Eastern time zone, or willing to work Eastern Time hours consistently
