We're Hiring a People Person — Leasing Agent at Fortiva Residential

At Fortiva Residential, our Leasing Agent is the heartbeat of our community. You're often the first smile a future resident sees, and the friendly voice that makes someone feel at home before they've even signed a lease. We don't just want someone to fill a role - we want someone who genuinely loves people and gets excited about connecting them with a place they'll love living in.
What you'll actually be doing: You'll meet and greet prospects, lead tours, follow up on leads, and guide people through the leasing process from "just looking" to "I'll take it." Beyond leasing, you'll respond to calls and emails, and make sure our leasing office and model units always look their best.
Behind the scenes, you'll work in our Software (AppFolio/ Knock) to keep everything accurate and up to date, and you'll stay sharp on local market trends so we're always putting our best foot forward.
You're probably a great fit if you:
Love talking to people and genuinely enjoy helping them
Have a knack for sales without ever feeling "salesy"
Stay organized and follow through - people count on you and you don't let them down
Pick up new software quickly and don't shy away from technology
Are flexible and available when our prospects need us most
Have some leasing or customer service experience (a plus, but your personality matters most)
Know the basics of Fair Housing - or are eager to learn
This is a full-time, on-site role
at one of our residential communities in Largo, Florida. You'll be where the action is every day.
