You’ll

Do Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads Prepare move-in files and ensure apartments are move-in ready Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files Participate in resident events and community engagement Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards Requirements What

You’ll

Bring 2+ years of prior multi-family leasing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy Ability to work weekends and some evenings Knowledge of fair housing laws A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people Additional Details High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience) Work is performed in a professional office environment Nolan Living is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer Background check and E-Verify required.
