Competitive pay with monthly commission potential

Commission Structure: $100 per lease/renewal over 6 months; $50 per lease/renewal under 6 months

What You’ll Do

Welcome and assist prospective residents in person and over the phone

Conduct engaging tours and follow up with leads

Prepare move‑in files and ensure apartments are move‑in ready

Support marketing efforts, including outreach and online listings

Maintain accurate leasing paperwork and resident files

Participate in resident events and community engagement

Monitor amenities and ensure a polished, welcoming environment

Achieve a 40%+ closing ratio and uphold compliance standards

Requirements What You’ll Bring

2+ years of prior multi‑family leasing experience

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

Detail‑oriented, organized, and tech‑savvy

Ability to work weekends and some evenings

Knowledge of fair housing laws

A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for helping people

Additional Details

High school diploma or GED required (or 6+ months of relevant experience)

Work is performed in a professional office environment
