Senior Global FX Advisor

Responsibilities

Advise corporate clients on foreign exchange risk management and hedging strategies tailored to their business needs.

Design and execute FX solutions using spot, forwards, swaps, and options (e.g., zero-cost collars, participating forwards).

Work closely with Relationship Managers to identify FX hedging opportunities and deepen client relationships.

Conduct FX risk assessments and present customized proposals to Treasurers, CFOs, and Finance Directors.

Monitor market trends, provide strategic trade ideas, and educate clients on market movements and accounting impacts.

Execute transactions in coordination with the trading desk and ensure proper documentation and compliance.

Maintain full compliance with regulatory standards (KYC, AML, product suitability) and internal governance frameworks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

5–10 years of experience in FX advisory, corporate treasury, or financial markets.

In-depth understanding of FX risk exposures and hedging instruments.

Experience advising mid-sized to large corporates on FX and derivatives strategies.

Professional certifications preferred: CFA, FRM, ACI Diploma, or ACT.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex products in a clear and practical manner.

Knowledge of Korean language preferred.

The salary range for this full-time position is $150,000.00 annually - $220,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
