Key Responsibilities

Offer outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients across various channels including phone, email, and live chat

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies in an accurate and professional manner

Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction and loyalty

Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for continuous improvement

Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer needs and enhance service quality

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous

Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries

Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus

Able to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team culture
