Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a Digital Marketing Platform with the chance to work in enchanting Greece. This role is tailored for individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in navigating the platform, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring they maximize their digital marketing efforts, all while communicating effectively in German.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries regarding the digital marketing platform, including features, pricing, and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat in German
Provide comprehensive guidance to customers on optimizing their use of the platform
Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring they understand platform functionalities
Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Collaborate with product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and suggest improvements
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and platform updates to enhance customer interactions
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Experience in customer service or support, preferably in digital marketing or tech-related fields
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Problem-solving abilities with a proactive attitude towards customer needs
Aptitude for managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software
Willingness to relocate or work in Greece, with the flexibility to adapt to new environments
