Property Manager / Caretaker: Dean Parkway Apartments Position:

Full‑Time, 40 hours per week.

Hourly Rate:

Starting at $23 per hour.

Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for a charming 55‑unit apartment community at 2920 Dean Parkway, conveniently located between Lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles and on the Midtown Greenway Bike Trail. Living on‑site is not required, but employees receive a rental discount that increases for those who choose to live on‑site. If you are a self‑starter who takes pride in your work, this may be the perfect job for you.

What You Will Do In This Role

Approve bills as needed and submit to the Regional Property Manager for final payment approvals.

Keep the office in good order and maintain an inventory of office supplies within budget constraints.

Leasing apartments to prospects searching for a new home.

Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies.

Process rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.

Prepare and maintain complete resident files in a neat, professional manner.

Perform snow removal, leaf raking, weed pulling, litter pick‑up, sidewalk sweeping, and trash enclosure upkeep as needed.

Clean and maintain common areas and available units of the property.

Turnover cleaning of apartments for new residents.
