Property Manager / Caretaker: Dean Parkway Apartments
Position:
Full‑Time, 40 hours per week.
Hourly Rate:
Starting at $23 per hour
Highland Management Group, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager for a charming 55‑unit apartment community. 2920 Dean Parkway is conveniently located between Lake Bde Maka Ska and Lake of the Isles and on the Midtown Greenway Bike Trail.
Living on‑site is not a requirement; however, Highland Management Group, Inc. offers an employee rental discount which increases for candidates that desire to live on site! If you are a self‑starter and take pride in your work, this may be the perfect job for you.
What you will do in this role:
Approve bills, as required. Submit to Regional Property Manager for final payment approvals.
Keep office in good order and maintain inventory of office supplies within budget constraints.
Leasing apartments to prospects in search of a new home.
Maintain professional communications with residents, residents' guests, applicants, and representatives of other companies with whom we do business.
Process rental applications and utilize HMGI screening procedures.
Prepare and maintain complete resident files in a neat professional manner.
Shovel snow, use snow blower, rake leaves, pull weeds, pick up litter as needed, sweep sidewalks and trash enclosures as needed.
Clean and maintain common areas and available units of the property.
Turnover cleaning of apartments for new residents.
