Leadership & Development Coach
to support a leadership team undergoing organizational change. The coach will deliver individual and group coaching engagements aligned to the goals of a Salesforce and digital transformation initiative. Ideal candidates will have experience coaching senior leaders during major change efforts and a strong background in leadership‑development strategy. Key Responsibilities
Deliver one‑on‑one and team coaching to leaders navigating transformation. Assess leadership development needs and design targeted development plans. Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions that enhance trust, resilience, and agility. Provide actionable insights to senior leaders to improve team effectiveness. Partner with change leads and HR stakeholders to align coaching with broader change and culture goals. Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, or OD consulting. Demonstrated success coaching in environments undergoing enterprise change. Experience supporting newly formed leadership teams. Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Preferred: ICF certification or equivalent.
