Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Account Executive role based out of our Richmond, VA. offices. The Account Executive will identify and engage potential customers, build and maintain strong client relationships, and manage the full sales cycle. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, understanding their needs, presenting tailored business communication solutions, and closing sales. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales, Discovery, Solution Development, Negotiation, and Business Development
Strong Customer Relationship Management and Client Retention skills
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication, Presentation, and Organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Familiarity with UC, UCaaS, CCaaS, and voice/data networks sales and account management
Previous experience in a sales, sales engineering, or account management role is imperative
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent in a related field preferred
