Commercial Real Estate Analyst
to join our Denver team. This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role from day one, working alongside experienced brokers and principals on active deals.

is a national commercial real estate advisory firm specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of single-tenant net lease assets, retail shopping centers, and other commercial investment properties within the food, beverage, fitness, and entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with brokers to underwrite and evaluate investment opportunities using client data and market insights
Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions and dispositions, including cash flow and IRR analysis
Analyze leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other key transaction documents
Conduct market research, including comparable sales, demographics, and economic trends
Support the creation of marketing materials, offering memoranda, and client proposals
Assist in transaction execution, including deal tracking, client communication, and coordination
Maintain and enhance internal databases and CRM systems
Prepare high-quality presentations for internal and client-facing use
Stay current on market trends and contribute to both macro and property-level analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or a related analytical role
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel; ARGUS experience is a plus
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Ability to obtain a Colorado real estate license within six months of hire
Demonstrated interest in commercial real estate and investment analysis
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary of
$55,000
plus performance-based bonuses.
