Role Western Foothills Construction is hiring a full-time Superintendent for commercial construction projects in the Boise / Treasure Valley area. This is an on-site role for someone who can lead from the field, keep jobs organized, and make sure work is getting done safely, correctly, and on schedule.
Responsibilities The Superintendent will manage day-to-day site activity, coordinate subcontractors, track progress, identify issues before they become bigger problems, and communicate clearly with the project team. The right person takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and understands how to keep projects moving without creating unnecessary chaos.
Qualifications
Commercial construction field experience, preferably in a superintendent or similar leadership role
Strong grasp of scheduling, sequencing, and coordinating multiple trades
Ability to read plans and specs and apply them in the field
Strong jobsite leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety, quality, and accountability
Ability to identify problems early and help drive practical solutions
Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing fast-moving projects
Familiarity with TI, remodel, interior build-out, and ground-up commercial work is a plus
