As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from clients, providing information, and assisting with inquiries and concerns. You will serve as the first point of contact for our company, and your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from clients and provide information about our services and properties
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads
Listen to clients' needs and concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalates to the appropriate department
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients in our database
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any further needs or concerns
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
Collaborate with team members to improve call center processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
Positive and professional attitude with a desire to provide outstanding customer service
Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed
