is a leader in medical device solutions. This position is responsible for driving sales of Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within the territory, developing relationships with key decision‑makers, and securing new business opportunities. Responsibilities

Develop a sales strategy to identify and pursue sales opportunities for Aesculap Neurosurgery capital products within the territory. Implement successful executive‑level selling strategies by consistently initiating sales calls and contacts, developing proposals and action plans, building trust, and developing relationships with customers at the highest levels within target accounts. Control the sales process through effective targeting of buyers and influencers; overcome objections and obstacles to win the opportunity. Project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interact with C‑level executives. Observe surgical procedures as required to stay informed of industry trends. Respond to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with company policy; act as liaison between customer and Neuro Business Unit, Customer Service, and Credit departments. Frequent business travel required. Maintain full vaccination and immunizations as required by healthcare customers (COVID‑19, influenza, Hepatitis B). Include national background checks, drug screening, and other vendor credentialing clearances. Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

Full working knowledge of relevant business practices and procedures in the medical device profession; ability to propose courses of action using established theories and principles. Works under general supervision; relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals; may assist in training peers. Judgment required in resolving day‑to‑day problems. Interacts with internal and external clients to negotiate and interpret information on projects and unit operations; may consult with senior management. Expertise: Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. 4+ years of capital and/or disruptive technology experience within the medical device industry. Valid driver’s license and passport. Ability to work non‑standard schedule and on‑call hours as needed. Work Environment
