Role Description We are seeking a full-time Outside Residential Sales Representative to join our team. Based in Clarksville, TN, this hybrid role allows for some flexibility to work from home. The representative will focus on connecting with residential customers, conducting in-person consultations, delivering sales presentations, preparing project estimates, and building ongoing relationships. Responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, meeting sales goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Sales and Sales Presentations
Experience in New Business Development and Residential Real Estate
Excellent Customer Service skills and a customer-focused approach
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations
Experience in or knowledge of the painting or home improvement industry is a plus
