Position Overview We are searching for an Entry Level Communications Assistant to support internal communication tasks, assist with coordination efforts, and help ensure clear information flow across teams. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands‑on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with internal communications and coordination between departments.
Support the preparation and organization of written materials and reports.
Help maintain accurate records, schedules, and documentation.
Communicate updates and information clearly to team members.
Assist supervisors with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
Ensure communication processes follow company guidelines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
