What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce features and integrations
Perform functional and regression tests across Salesforce and connected systems
Validate complex business processes across multiple systems such as Salesforce and CPQ
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure clear and complete requirements
Identify, log, and track defects, partnering with developers for resolution and retesting
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of QA/testing experience with Salesforce
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, including CPQ
Experience testing integrations and end-to-end business processes
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Zuora and DocuSign
Experience with test automation tools
Knowledge of Salesforce data structures
Experience supporting UAT with business stakeholders
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Platform App Builder)
