Commercial Insurance Sales Coach — Lead Producers & Grow Your Own Book
We’re searching for a
Commercial Insurance Sales Coach
to mentor and develop a team of
5–8 commercial producers
while continuing to grow an
existing book of business .
This opportunity is ideal for a
player/coach
who enjoys both
winning new business and helping other producers succeed.
Our agency has
multiple locations
and partnerships with
A+ rated carriers , giving producers strong market access and helping improve close ratios. We work with every producer to
build a personalized business plan aligned with their financial goals.
What you’ll do:
Lead, coach, and mentor
5–8 Commercial Lines Producers
Drive accountability through
pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and structured sales coaching
Model high-performance behavior by
actively producing commercial business
Build relationships with business owners through
networking, referrals, COIs, and prospecting
Conduct detailed
coverage reviews and needs analysis
Help producers meet and exceed
monthly production goals
Requirements:
Active Property & Casualty license
Proven success as a
Commercial Lines Producer
Experience selling
across multiple states
Leadership experience
coaching or managing producers
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
