Seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Leader to join one of the fastest-growing insurance brokerages in the country.
Looking for a proven Sales Leader / Commercial Producer to mentor, coach, and recruit talent with deep P&C technical knowledge and experience to bring a sales team up-market into the middle market space. Company has a strong infrastructure and a collaborative group with Producer tools to lead a successful team. An ideal candidate will be a Commercial Producer with a track record of success, looking to step into a leadership role, or currently a Sales Leader looking to join a new organization. The focus of this role is leading, not selling insurance, however must have current or previous success selling commercial lines insurance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of Producers to build books in the middle market space.
- Hire, mentor and groom existing producers
- Recruit and attract local sales talent
- Build energy, accountability, and culture in the office
- Lead the sales team, develop strategy, and guide the team
- Strengthen technical knowledge across the sales team
- Partner closely with regional leadership and operations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active P&C license
- 10+ years of experience
COMPENSATION
- Base salary + bonuses based on office profitability
