Position Overview
Brand: Spirit Halloween. The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position that starts in July and typically ends in November.
Compensation & Benefits
Weekly rate ranges from $1,050 - $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Benefits include Illinois Paid Leave, Repeat DSM Bonus Program, DSM Seasonal Incentive Program.
Bonus and Pay programs are subject to qualifications.
Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of store operation (average 3 stores): sales, payroll, recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink, and related functions.
Construction and opening, operating, and closing/tear down of assigned Spirit stores.
Qualifications
Applicants must be at least 21 years old, have a flexible schedule, and possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
Physical Demands
Requires in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds.
