What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist in the launch and management of multi-channel demand generation programs, including custom events, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising

Research high-priority accounts to identify target contacts and compile profile information for strategic outreach

Create email templates, call scripts, and collateral for the sales team to follow up on marketing-generated interest

Develop lead-nurturing email sequences and assist in creating landing pages or digital assets

Monitor campaign performance and provide reports to optimize lead quality and marketing efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field

0–2 years of marketing experience (internships in B2B demand generation or sales development preferred)

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar)

Strong writing skills for creating persuasive emails and marketing copy

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and identifying trends in buyer behavior

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in B2B demand generation or sales development

Knowledge of lead nurturing strategies and best practices

Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools

Experience working in cross-functional teams

Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
