A stable, long established distribution company is hiring a

Help Desk Analyst

to support day to day IT operations at its Memphis headquarters.

This role is ideal for an experienced end user support professional who enjoys working in a hands on environment supporting office, warehouse, and operational staff. In addition to traditional help desk responsibilities, this position will also assist with support for the company’s internal ERP platform, providing exposure to business critical systems used across operations.

This is an

onsite position (5 days per week)

due to the nature of the warehouse and operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 help desk support for employees across office and operational environments

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and basic infrastructure

Support users with the company’s internal Teamie ERP system

Assist with ERP related tasks including basic troubleshooting, user requests, and data handling

Escalate complex ERP or systems issues to internal IT leadership or external vendors when required

Support warehouse and operational users with device and connectivity issues

Maintain documentation and ensure tickets are tracked and resolved efficiently

Technical Environment

Windows desktop support

Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting

Basic IT infrastructure support

Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals

ERP system support

What They Are Looking For

5+ years of dedicated end user support experience

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365 environments

Comfortable supporting both office users and operational staff

Experience working in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse environments is a plus

Exposure to ERP, MRP, or warehouse management systems is beneficial but not required

Compensation and Benefits

$65,000 base salary for candidates with standard help desk experience
