We are looking for a dependable and organized Customer Service Representative to support daily communication with customers and assist with office operations. This role involves answering phones, responding to emails, coordinating with internal teams, and helping keep customer and order information organized across several systems.

The ideal candidate is professional with customers, comfortable using computers and business software, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to learn and use CRM, inventory, and order management systems

Basic document scanning, file organization, and digital record keeping

Problem Solving & Team Coordination

Ability to route requests to the appropriate department

Comfortable coordinating between customers and internal teams

Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting and support processes

Minimum Requirements

Prior customer service or office experience preferred

Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Work Environment

Office-based position

Regular interaction with customers by phone, email, and occasionally in person

Coordination with multiple departments including customer support, operations, and administration

Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets)

Zoho (CRM and related tools)

Fishbowl Inventory

Windows-based file management and document scanning systems

Preferred Experience

Experience working in construction, manufacturing, or project-based businesses is helpful

Familiarity with quotes, proposals, bids, or project documentation is a plus

Experience supporting sales or project teams with administrative coordination
