Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Video Editor at Make Something Media. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content, applying color grading techniques, creating motion graphics, and incorporating visual elements that align with project goals. The role also includes ensuring high production quality, following project timelines, and collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling video content for diverse clients.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production techniques

Skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality

Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics for creating dynamic visual effects

Strong creative and storytelling abilities

Familiarity with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

Excellent time management and ability to meet project deadlines

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Degree or certification in film editing, multimedia, or related field is a plus
