Scope of Work: Join an outcome-driven, high-growth DTC startup in food + wellness. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale paid media across platforms, with an opportunity to evolve into a key marketing leadership role as we grow.

About Us We’re an early-stage subscription startup reinventing how people plan meals, stay active, and find balance. Operating with startup discipline and proven marketing rigor. We’re now investing in building our paid media engine to scale sustainably.

As we build traction with customers and investors, we’re looking for a paid media expert who can not only drive acquisition, but also support strategic storytelling through marketing metrics, traction narratives, and performance insights.

What You’ll Do

Lead and scale campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Google Search/Display, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn

Use Google Tag Manager and platform pixels to ensure tracking and attribution accuracy

Run creative and copy A/B testing to optimize ROAS, CPA, LTV

Build audience segments, retargeting pools, and lookalike models

Collaborate with content/design teams to create compelling, scroll-stopping assets

Provide weekly campaign reporting with insights tied to growth milestones

Partner with founders to surface traction metrics for investor conversations, pitch decks, and due diligence

Offer strategic input during fundraising cycles: growth metrics, CAC/LTV insights, paid vs. organic mix

Ideal Candidate

5+ years in digital performance marketing, ideally in VC-funded, DTC startups

Experience managing $10K+/mo in paid media budgets

Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads

Hands-on experience with attribution modeling, cohort analysis, and CAC/LTV reporting

Comfortable owning GTM, pixels, UTMs, and conversion funnel diagnostics

A proactive, strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strategic mindset: You think like a growth marketer and can elevate conversations around retention, CAC, and LTV
