Request for Proposals: Accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion assessment and trainings
The Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) invites interested parties to submit a proposal to provide professional consulting services to conduct an agency accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion assessment and trainings. The consultant(s) will provide expertise, guidance, and support in advancing goals related to accessibility, accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion (ADEI), as part of the RTC’s Transportation Equity Action Plan. The Consultant will be expected to deliver the following: A comprehensive ADEI assessment report outlining key findings, recommendations, and an action plan for the RTC. Customized trainings and materials, resources, and tools for staff, board and committee members, and transportation stakeholders. Revised or new DEI policies, procedures, and guidelines for integration into transportation planning and operations. Proposals are due on October 17, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Addendum 2, dated 10/10/24, is hereby posted. Addendum 2 replaces Addendum 1, as it includes all information included in Addendum 1, plus additional Responses to Questions and Clarifications received by email by October 9 or at the pre-proposal meeting. This includes notice that the Caltrans certified DBE goal for this project was reduced to 22% and updated responses to questions related to DBE participation. Pre-Proposal Meeting: October 3, 2024 at 2:30 p.m. See Addendum 1 for responses to questions at the meeting.
