Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions Work on
Field Service Lightning (FSL)
features like: Work Orders, Service Appointments Scheduling and Dispatch Console Resource Management (Service Resources, Territories) Create user stories, process flows, and documentation Collaborate with developers and admins for solution implementation Perform testing (UAT) and support deployment activities Provide training and support to end users
Required Skills: Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst Hands-on experience with
Salesforce FSL (Field Service Lightning) Good understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud) Experience in requirement gathering and documentation Knowledge of Agile methodology Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (Admin / BA / FSL) Experience in service-based industries (telecom, utilities, healthcare, etc.)
