GRN Lincoln Square is partnering with a leading pediatric therapy provider to identify a
Regional ABA Director
to oversee clinical operations across
8-12 Centers in the Chicagoland area.
This leader will drive clinical excellence, staff development, and consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery across the region. This is a hybrid role with consistent local travel to assigned Centers. No overnight travel is required. Company is also open to candidates outside the Chicago area and will provide a
relocation allowance
for qualified candidates.
The Role Provide
strategic clinical leadership
across multiple ABA therapy centers Lead, mentor, and develop a team of
BCBAs/BCaBAs , including supervision and performance management Ensure
clinical quality, treatment integrity, and compliance
with payer and regulatory standards Oversee
assessments, treatment planning, and outcomes tracking
with a data-driven approach Partner with operations on
staffing, scheduling, and center growth initiatives Support
training programs, audits, and quality assurance efforts Drive
standardization of best practices and clinical protocols
across locations Serve as a key clinical resource for
families, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications Master’s or Doctorate in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field BCBA or BCBA-D certification (active and in good standing) 5+ years of ABA experience, ideally in
pediatric/early intervention autism services Prior
leadership and/or multi-site oversight
experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of
treatment planning, payer requirements, and documentation standards Proven ability to lead teams, improve outcomes, and drive accountability
